In most cases, the benefits far outweigh any potential drawbacks. It takes some time and effort before one can get into their groove. My elbows are typically resting on the table, therefore I don't find the need to utilize the armrests very much.

Pros

The chair offers a great deal of bang for the buck. I've been utilizing it for about a week now, and I've only had happy feelings while doing so. Height of 179 was achieved by both pillows. The back is able to relax, and there is no numbness in the legs.

Cons

Naturally, it would not have been possible without them. 1. The side plugs on the chair's back make it extremely challenging to insert bolts into the holes in the chair. The assembly took around 20 minutes, and the manufacturing of the plugs took about 50 minutes. 2. There is a difference of approximately 150 millimeters in the horizon between the armrests.
