Being a fan of internet purchasing, I was eager to give Geeni's offerings a try. For a technophobe like me, their claims of a "user-friendly interface and intuitive design" were music to my ears. My time with Geeni was not at all relaxing and uncomplicated. It was a major hassle to get the merchandise set up. I spent hours attempting to figure out how to link it to my wireless network because the instructions were so poorly written. And don't even start me off on the "intuitive design"! It was more of a maze, with seemingly infinite levels of menus and submenus. The promise that I could oversee my product "from anywhere" was the icing on the cake. I attempted a remote login, but the connection would frequently time out, and the program would crash whenever I tried to make a change. Overall, I found working with Geeni to be a tedious and bothersome process. Whoever they're attempting to trick with those "user-friendly" claims shouldn't count on me falling for it.
