Review on Made in USA Pan Bakeware: Nonstick Madeleine Baking Pan, Warp-Resistant 16-Well, Aluminized Steel, Silver by Lamont Manjrekar

I bought this pan not knowing which madeleine pan to buy. I've never made madeleines before. This pan is fantastic. It already feels super non-stick, but just in case I sprayed a bunch of Pam on it but wiped off any excess before topping it up. I didn't have to spray it again. I just wipe it down with a paper towel between batches. I made 4 batches in a row. As you can see, it worked great. This pan is very durable and I'm surprised it doesn't cost more. I will be buying more of these so I can fill more at a time so I don't have to wait for the first batch to be made. I can absolutely 100% recommend this pan. If it helps, I baked at 375 degrees for 11 minutes.
