I've had this computer for about a month now and I have to say it's probably one of the best technology investments I've ever made. Before I get into that, I want to mention that this laptop does NOT come with a Surface Pen, although it says so. It's not a big deal since you can buy it for $30-$60 and they come ready to use. But anyway. For a used device, this laptop looks brand new on the outside. No scratches or dents anywhere, everything clean. Just remember that this is likely an individual situation. This laptop does everything I need quickly and effortlessly. I can open multiple web tabs, including video tabs, and open other programs, all with minimal performance impact. The battery is also a big deal for this laptop; Lately I've been calling to work via Zoom and I've been able to talk on the phone all day without charging. This laptop is also great for watching movies or shows, especially in tablet mode. Haven't tried gaming on this laptop yet but looking at the specs I can assume it will be a decent experience for light gaming. It would also be great for streaming games from your home computer using Remote Play on Steam. The only downside I had with this laptop is that the spine isn't as flexible as I thought it would be. I was under the impression that I could fold the laptop completely for tablet mode, but that's not the case here. Instead, you have to detach the display, fold it back, and then reattach the display. Otherwise I have no problems with the design of the laptop. All in all, this is a great laptop that meets all my needs. Note: I had an issue with the Windows Hello feature. It seems that with every new Windows update, the face recognition program stops working until the laptop is updated. So make sure your laptop is up to date if you want to use this feature.
