Super cute ruffles! Great price for twins!
Ruffles are SO cute and couldn't be cheaper! I caught 2 for my twins at the fall rehearsal dinner! This dress can also be worn for Thanksgiving! As you can see the back is cropped so the hem is pulled up in the front. For reference, my girls wear size 3T comfortably and I bought size "110". a bit loose, but works!
