As a product manager, I was not pleased with my time spent browsing and purchasing from Zoulee's website. Although they have a variety of options for the contemporary man's wardrobe, the shopping experience on their website could be better. To begin, the website has a poor design that is difficult to navigate. Customers who are attempting to make a purchase may become frustrated due to the site's poor navigation and inability to locate desired items. Second, there is a dearth of crucial information, like fabric content and care instructions, in the product descriptions. Customers may end up dissatisfied with the merchandise because of this lack of information. Finally, there were issues with the checkout procedure. There was a lack of transparency in regards to shipping and payment choices. Customers were also left in the dark as to when they could expect their orders to be dispatched and delivered. While Zoulee does offer a wide selection of looks, their e-commerce platform as a whole leaves much to be desired. In my capacity as product manager, I think they would benefit from updating their website to include more detailed information about their offerings.
