Sounds great, but doesn't communicate well.

You sound great. My only problems are getting them to connect natively from the case. Another problem is that once connected, they often disconnect. It looks like you have to put it back in the case for it to reconnect. It hurts me because I don't carry a suitcase next to me. The problems didn't start right away. So I didn't ask for a replacement. I've had them since April and the problems started after a few months.
