Strong wind is blowing from the back of the case. I can really feel it from a few meters away! My internal temperatures are much lower, the GPU and CPU run cooler, and noise levels aren't bad. They only do a little white noise at 85%, which seems optimal for my PC. At full speed they are a bit louder and howl a little. Working 85% or 100% made no difference to me. They really move a lot of air. They don't vibrate and the fan is right in the middle. The build quality is solid and flawless. This is the best high speed fan I have ever gotten. They might not be the best choice for a quiet computer, but the noise levels aren't terrible either. Its worth it
