My previous phone, the S10e, is great in every way except for the battery, so I decided to upgrade to the S20+ in the hopes that it would have a better one. I am also excited about the improvements that have been made to the camera. what a terrible choice to make. For as long as I can remember, I've had a thing for Samsung, and I've convinced everyone that their products are the industry standard for mobile devices. Beginning with clamshells, moving on to the Galaxy Ace, S3,5,7 edge, and 10e, and finally arriving here. I have never had a phone that was as bad as this one. In general, in concept. Even if the cost is not taken into consideration, using this phone is quite an ordeal; but, when the cost is taken into consideration, it makes you want to scream. If you enjoy taking pictures of people, you won't appreciate these shots at all. Great, especially the flowers, clouds, close-ups in the sunlight, and zoom capabilities. However, I took the phone with me so that I could take pictures of my family. As a result, I used my older Huawei P20 lite, and the pictures that it produced were more pleasing to my eyes. Before making a purchase, I made sure to read the reviews, but because there are so few negative comments overall, I concluded that most of the reviewers are just being picky. but NO! The white balance is severely off, so people's faces are gray, and everyone looks like they have bruises under their eyes and their features are indistinct. Because youngsters have a tendency to roam around and focus does not catch for a long period of time, eight out of ten of your photographs will be blurry. And the other two will have eyes that are difficult to identify and a face that is gray. Great result for 750 euros! The video is exactly the same; the emphasis is always shifting, and the colors are constantly flashing. Everyone was keeping their fingers crossed for the ates, but after each one, it only grew WORSE! I finally caved and bought an iPhone because I was sick and tired of arguing, manipulating images, and trying to make children's faces look better in them. Wrote in defense of Samsung, which offered to reset the settings when I contacted them. I have already done this activity a hundred times, looking for solutions on the internet, but I have not been successful. I believe this device has the world's worst camera, even when compared to the Galaxy S5. Batteries and heating is another example of something stupid. I played no games on the phone and used it solely for the camera and YouTube, charging it every few hours. Well, not nonsense? The fact that the phone needs to be charged once a day or once every day and a half has been driving me crazy for the past week, even though I now have an iPhone 13pro in my possession. This must be some type of miraculous occurrence. It is a pity that a firm that I liked so much betrayed its clients, as this demonstrates an extreme lack of respect for the company's patrons. It looks like I won't be coming back to this campground any time soon. alas.
