Serious mic feedback issues, buy the trio instead 8800
We hoped this would be the perfect Zoom Room solution for all of our conference rooms. We first tried it in our large room (14ft x 18ft) and whenever someone on the other end spoke, their audio would cut out due to mic feedback in the room. We tried different settings to improve it, but the poor sound quality didn't change. We then tried this in a smaller room (10 x 7 feet) and the same problem persisted. We bought the Trio 8800 for a larger room and it works great. Unfortunately, the Trio 8500 is a defective product and we do not recommend it. Use 8800 instead.
