The best part is how easy it was to install our software in less than 5 minutes! We are able to quickly manage who enters our facility using their cell phones/tablets and also what time they enter. I wish we could set up alerts for when someone passes through certain parts of our gates (i.e., where kids go around back). It would be nice if you were notified so that if there ever was an emergency situation like needing help right away then maybe you can get word out faster? Other benefits include tracking attendance as well as any lost badges which makes us look more organized since security always has issues finding them. The software is very intuitive to use. There are many features that I have not yet used but it seems like they will be easy to implement once I get familiar with the product. I do not really have any complaints about this software as of now. It has been easy to train our security guards in order to help them better handle any issues that may arise from users entering the building.
