The toothbrush was well packaged in a sealed box with USB charger, stand, toothbrush and 6 brush heads. It quickly got a full charge and when I first used it I wasn't sure if it was brushing my teeth or not. Once I got used to the fact that the performance is very different than my electric toothbrush. I really liked how the new sonic brush cleans and leaves your mouth feeling fresh and less abrasive to the touch. The toothbrush will remind you to move it every 30 seconds using the built-in timer. It has multiple speeds, I used the normal one and then the lightening one. The video I made shows the different speeds available and how they work. It lasted the last week on a single charge and features a durable, slim, compact design that's easy to grip and finished in a neutral black. I deducted a star because there are no interchangeable heads. The listing says it is for 18 months and changes heads every 3 months. If the battery lasts, throwing it away is wasteful, bad for the environment and requires buying a new brush. Considering the price, this is probably a good financial move, but not so good for the environment. I still recommend this brush as everything I've seen so far in this price range says it's not compatible with other brush heads.
