I've been using coffee/tea warmers for years and decided to try this one when my last one broke. I'm not happy I spent money on this. Here are the pesky features I didn't like. First off, it doesn't work on napkins or tablecloths. You should just have a tough attitude. Second, even though it has 3 heat settings, the warmer turns off every time you lift your cup to take a sip and only turns on to the lowest temperature when you switch the cup to the warmer. So if you like a higher temperature, you'll have to reset it EVERY time you take a sip! Unfortunately I will order even warmer.
