Cheap junk that breaks quickly.
DO NOT BUY. Cheap chinese junk, unreliable. After about 2 months of use, it no longer maintained the temperature in the tank. Basically stopped working. I lost 3 fish and had to rush to get another one or I would have lost more fish. I bought a HITOP air pump at the same time as this heater and it stopped working after about 2 months. Avoid HITOP products as they are cheap and not worth putting your fish at risk just to save a few bucks.
