I like how easy it is to use, you can add multiple types of media such as video calls, documents etc. It's great for teams who are remote or in different time zones. You can also share files with others which helps when you're working remotely together. Some things could be improved such as adding more features within the app itself (which would help improve its overall user experience). If you want one place where all team members can communicate then this will work well. We have used other communication tools but they don't allow us to easily see what has been said by each person involved so we needed something else.
