This product is very good and very easy to use. Just remember that you need to put water in and then don't leave water in the hose, it will get hot! Great, I used it while visiting amusement parks in Orlando, Florida when it was very hot and it lasted all day. I filled it half with ice half water wrapped in a small towel to melt when the ice melted didn't wet my back and was cold for hours all day ❄!
