Not durable for cradles

I have a second mount. At first, the ball connecting the phone holder and the arm simply broke off. I wasn't rough with it at all. It broke while driving. Easy return/exchange. Within 2 weeks part of the arm broke off and is now loose so I'm sending that one back as well. If it could last and last I would love the design.
