Review on πŸ”Š Black Yamaha NS-555 3-Way Tower Speaker with Bass Reflex (Each) by Hien Kent ᠌

Revainrating 5 out of 5

The ratio of price and quality is very pleasing, I will repeat the purchase.

I use it with NG and have not regretted the purchase for a second (I took it with the 475th receiver)! Very confident sound without drawdowns, overloads and unnecessary backgrounds. To find a clear average range, for example, when listening to soul, you will have to tinker with the settings (fortunately, the specified receiver has plenty of them). I was struck by a very high-quality bass, sometimes it is even a bit too much. Reading reviews about the lacquer finish and how the speakers collect dust. Hmm, guys, clean your houses more often. My speakers are next to a matte wenge-colored TV cabinet - there is even more dust on it. For someone, as for me, the rear location of the phase inverter output may become a small problem. Verdict: if you are planning for music, you can safely limit yourself to these fronts, if for a cinema, you will have to fork out for the entire set (333, 444 and a sub to taste) - just for the sake of completeness. I'll probably do it step by step.

Pros
  • Design, confident tops and bottoms. You can do without a sub.
Cons
  • Soft center range, rear bass-reflex output
