The best thing about this tool it's ease in use by all developers which they can easily learn how to operate it within minutes without needing much training or support staff. It has been easy for our team as we are newbies when using configuration management tools but I guess that if you already have experience with other CM products like TFS then there will be no big difference because everything else seems similar. None really! Just try out different approaches and see what works better for your organization/team since each one might suit certain workflows more than others. We're solving problems regarding version control across multiple projects simultaneously so that changes made to code base are visible immediately and also making sure every developer knows exactly where he stands while working independently towards completion goals.
