I don't normally use toothpicks. My teeth are very close together and the floss tends to stretch and become unusable after a few teeth. I did like the dispenser for her though and thought the notch might be useful for extracting material between my two implants (that's the one big gap I have). I tried the floss feature and was surprised at how well it worked. held to the teeth. I probably won't use them for this because I have a better solution, but it was impressive. The side of the pickaxe didn't quite fit my gap so they don't do me much good, but they're good.
