During the pandemic I am working remotely and using video conferencing for both business and personal events. My laptop camera is terrible. It's dark there and the exhibition always looked static. I simply connected this camera to my laptop with a USB power cable and had a clear picture. No drivers or software. It also has a wide angle so more of your background shows what's good and bad for some people. The microphone on my laptop isn't bad, so I don't hear much of a difference. The price was right too. I would recommend this camera.
