I've had the opportunity to try a few different portable monitors and almost gave it up, but the QQH proved to have very good black levels and an overall picture quality that made up for some of the shortcomings. This particular size (15.6 inches) is quite common, and they all come with mini HDMI ports in addition to the Type-C port. They also enable optional pass-through charging, i.e. when connected to a phone or tablet via Type-C. C, won't drain your battery (this can also be done entirely by a single Type C, receiving both video and power from your mobile device). This is required to start the monitor. It didn't come with a USB-A -> Type-C cable, but I think almost everyone has one now. And the rear port of Series S could provide enough power. important it is like all other similar monitors. Some flaws were evident. First, the build quality. absent, the plastic body feels flimsy, and the rear stand is not well designed. It doesn't "snap" and therefore has a fragile stand. There doesn't seem to be any other alternative (like VESA) so it can't be mounted directly on a table. The second issue relates to modes other than 1080p. When loading the Series S, the screen settled on 720p but somehow switched to a different mode with a broken aspect ratio. I did a consistent comparison with my Pixio monitor which made this consistency much better. (It also has a better stand). There is no screen protector either. Other similar monitors usually come with a case or flip cover. The menus are simple. And they are controlled by the "joystick" button and a combination of "back" buttons. "Joystick" can trigger volume or brightness control directly by pulling it up or down. He can also bring up the normal menu by pressing all the way in. There aren't many settings you want to change, and one thing I tried, "HDR" didn't work (I haven't seen a portable monitor with an HDR setting that works, except for the Atomos Ninja V, which is in a completely different category...) As for the monitor, the sound was adequate and the 1080p resolution worked without any issues. What I particularly liked was the good black level. With the "Full RGB" option enabled, it offered much better contrast than the Pixio and earned a four-star rating. Overall, this monitor has some flaws, but it gets the job done.
