Review on Omega Paw EL RA15 1 Regular Midnight by Jenna Fonoti

This redesign is a horrible version of the original that my cats loved. First they made the unit so small that now two of my regular sized cats can barely fit in and one just refuses to fit in, so check your measurements. I assume a very small 5=6 lb cat could work, but my two medium 10 lb cats will not fit. Second, the redesigned fasteners are so poorly designed that you can barely get them to work. So the old ones broke eventually, and these new ones don't even seal the block, if you do, don't open it, you'll never put it back together. Also, the drawer doesn't reach all the way to the back, so it doesn't pick up stuff that's at the back and wash away lumps in the unit. But ultimately, and most importantly, it just doesn't work the way it used to. Due to the redesigned size and retractable scoop, the litter is not sifted directly into the reserve area, so you get only clean litter in the scoop and almost no clumps of waste. I throw away the top liter at the end because it can't be screened properly and clumps of waste remain in the device. HORRIBLE REFORM - AVOID THIS - IT DOESN'T WORK. Find the original if you can, this pass at all costs.
