When the bag is mounted on the handlebars, it leans back from the body and is not visible, let alone use the phone. The pouch arrived crumpled in the packaging and I don't know if the plastic creases will ever go away. I may need to heat it with a hair dryer to smooth out the creases that make it very difficult to zip and unzip. The best thing I can say about the bag is that it holds things and it holds things well. All you have to do is stop, get off the bike and walk to the front of the bike before you can get the zips to work or take your phone out so you can use it.
