Finally the perfect remote control for my Hisense Roku TV, after three more orders I had to send it back from different suppliers, this remote control worked right away and I didn't have to make any settings. Here's the best part of this remote that I know affects us all and that's where our thumb naturally rests when we're holding a remote and those are the channel buttons and the volume buttons. The hand is lower on the remote than the others (see pic), I also like the fact that it's full sized and not tiny like typical Roku remotes. You can also see the buttons as they are larger and easy to see. This item is perfect and although I only received it today I am ordering another one tonight as a backup.
