It was easy to use and the customer support is great. I can't think of anything I dislike at this time. The reporting tool is very helpful in getting results from an audit. The initial installation took some time but we have since had no problems with it. We are able to report on our facility's conditions and use this information in our budgeting process. QFM provides the ability to manage a range of assets in one system, from large scale construction projects to smaller buildings. It does so with ease and functionality. Some functions are missing when compared to other systems. In particular, asset tracking. This is an issue as it has been reported to us by our clients who deal with construction sites. The overall cost benefits of using QFM have been realised, particularly the centralised control of asset information.
