I bought an apartment and the fan in the bathroom wasn't working. I'm not very crafty but it only took 3 screws to remove the ceiling fan and 3 more screws to open this thing. My current fan was probably released in 2003 and hasn't been cleaned since. I looked at the model, found this Revain listing and went for it. A few days later I had a brand new working fan motor and it was clean. The only negative I have to say is that it can be a little louder than the fans I'm used to. If someone stands in front of the bathroom door and this fan is running, I can't hear a word. As long as this lasts, I'll be happy! :)
