I bought it a while ago. The DSi XL itself works great and arrived in perfect condition. Everything was fine until I wanted to charge the device. The charger did not charge the device at all. So the problem is either the battery or the charger. However, customer service was very helpful. They answered me quickly and gave me the contact details of the person I need to contact. Turns out the problem is in the charger. I'm not worried about the exchange as shipping will cost me a lot more than going to my local game store and buying a new charger. Once this is done, the device is perfect.
