Great product for keeping track and scheduling patient visits
I like that you can create reminders to yourself about upcoming appointments with your clients! You also have an option of creating reminder emails which is great because sometimes people forget their appointment time or don't get them in enough notice so this helps out there too!! Having vetbadge available at all times makes it easier when having multiple veterinarians working together as well since we are always able use one another's information easily instead using our own files/apps etc.. Sometimes its hard finding things if they aren’t labeled properly but other than those few small issues everything has been super easy going through vetabadget. Definitely try VB before deciding whether something else would be better suited towards what exactly YOU need from such services. ! We love how organized VeTab Badges keeps us by making sure everyone knows where each client needs next steps taken care off after exams & surgeries (and vice versa). It really does help.
- The customer service for anything, even questions asked via phone call was extremely helpful answered every question i had quickly no matter HOW many ppl were calling / messaging me :) Very knowledgeable staff here never worried my concerns weren' t being heard very clearly :D They helped make decisions along w any problems within clinic environment much more effective
