Terrible Windows Safe Mode

Great laptop for the money. A lightweight. Good video quality. Here is the main problem. The operating system starts in Windows 10 Safe Mode. Therefore, you get an error message when you try to install the software. I'm tech savvy but have never encountered it. Once I figured it out, after two days of installing Windows updates, I went to Microsoft and downloaded a tool to disable safe mode. Safe mode means you can only download Microsoft apps.

Wireless: 802.11AC Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.1 Combo; Webcam: HD 720p front webcam with integrated digital microphone; Windows 10 in S mode.
