I really wanted to keep this product, but it just didn't meet my needs. As a holder it's fantastic, I like it more than the Xgrip it was meant to replace. It holds the phone very securely (as does the xgrip) but is easier to take out and I don't have to worry about it hitting the volume buttons on my iPhone max. The problem is that wireless charging can't keep up with draining my battery while using Google Maps and streaming Bluetooth music. I'm pretty sure it's not the RAM, just an issue with the wireless charging, which generally doesn't deliver that much power. Removing my case made it discharge more slowly, but it still lost charge when on the stand. Considering I drive 10 hours a day on some trips, that doesn't help. Using a USB cable can actually charge it while you're doing all these things, so I think it's back to xgrip. If you need less power and just want to listen to music or charge your phone between stops, this works great. Just not like a full-time GPS with the phone screen on.
