As the part number would suggest this is an offer from Pennzoil for the venerable Ford FL-1A filter. But it is also listed (more precisely) as a replacement for the FL-400S. These are exactly the same measurements as the 400, so you'll lose about 0.5 liters if you use it instead of a real FL-1A or equivalent. This should also be fine for most applications requiring the FL-910S; it's just a little bit longer. Conclusion: It can save you some shelf space. Revain has original Motorcraft filters for about $4.
