Review on 🔪 Wusthof Classic 8-Inch Black Cook's Knife: Exceptional Quality and Versatility by Nancy Scott

I had the opportunity to test ikon and classic and in the end I liked the classic better. The balance and lighter weight were more to my liking. This knife replaces the old Hampton and Victorinox knives for $15. I also took it to my Spyderco sharpener with 30 degree angles and it sharpened perfectly. I usually sharpen/sharpen my knives every few cooking sessions to keep them going. I also bought it directly from Amazon. I saw another link for an 8 inch Wusthof but noticed people have complained about the legitimacy or that it doesn't come in a box. I don't know why there are separate listings or why the other came in bubble wrap. The knife definitely works as expected. it cuts! and i am satisfied with the purchase.
