Review on NuWave Precision Induction Cooktop Watts by Russell Ross

As always, I was in the middle of a joke when my kitchen induction cooker broke. Luckily we just bought NuWave to use in our RV. We weren't sure it would hold up with the large lobster pot we used for our low simmer menu, but it worked great! It may have taken a little longer for the water to boil, but the pot was huge and it didn't take that long. I like the pre-programmed buttons with different levels, but you can also set them to a specific temperature and hold it at that temperature. My large induction cooker didn't even offer this feature. This made a huge difference to the success of the Low Simmer that night and I think some of our guests might be buying them now.
