Having a complete knee 2 years ago I started mountain biking while wearing hiking boots. As my skills increased, I felt I needed to improve my shoes. These shoes were recommended to me by a serious mountain bike friend and have made a huge difference in my riding. They provide a solid platform for more aggressive pedaling. The sticky soles fit my pedals perfectly. I have more control on individual tracks. Great progress. Worth every penny. I usually wear shoes in sizes 8-81/2 so I took 8 and they fit perfectly.
