While I'm generally very happy with the performance of the amp, I have some concerns about what I hope will be a minor issue, which is the amp squeal on shutdown. Unfortunately, despite having a card attached to the amp demonstrating Monoprice's commitment to 100% satisfaction, after two requests for help from their support team I was not able to get an answer. Hopefully my last email from your techline is more satisfactory. Overall I'd rate the Monolith 7 as excellent value for money, but the lack of responsive customer service is certainly an issue.
