It took 3-5 minutes each to inflate my tires and by the time I finished I was sweating profusely. This pump makes it so much easier. I've also had the issues others have pointed out with the pump not fully closing when trying to inflate road tires with Presta valves. I pumped 100 times to barely get 50psi (when you need to get 100psi!). **I found the solution: the little gray tip on the pump often looks tight so you don't think it needs adjustment. But when you try to tighten it, it moves easily and stays moving/tightened for a long time! Just keep putting it on until you physically can't anymore. Then when I started using this pump, it worked properly again! It took about 20 pumps to fill up to 100psi.
