You need to assemble them yourself

You need to assemble these garlands yourself, but the set comes with thread and a small needle. The photos in the listing appear to have more color variation than actually exists, but that is just the light coming off the film. There are only 3 stripes and 3 solid colors but the back is white so you can flip some if you want to add some white. The paper is thick and the film is highly reflective. Pennants are medium sized.
