I looked for a long time to find a solar light for a post cap with a soft warm light. I wanted minimal light - more ambiance. This one caught my eye - it actually can be either warm or cool - a switch under the top lets you pick. The warm is not an amber - just a perfect warm. It is bright without being "too" bright. It may be plastic but looks like a high-end light.When they came I couldn't find the 4" X 4" base for 3 of the 4 ordered. I emailed the company on a Sunday night; received a reply early Monday morning. Outstanding customer service! THEN LATE MONDAY I found the 3 pieces WERE in the box - they were INSIDE the light. You are supposed to take it out when you switch the light to warm or cool (The light will charge even if it is left in - we thought it was for a different function ad had left them in). They are not separately packed with the other two base sizes as the instruction's diagram seems to show.The product came quickly, in perfect shape, and WITH all the pieces. Just make sure you take the 4" base out when you "flip the switch!"
