My dino butt seems to feel a little difference, especially at higher rpm. The product is very easy to install. Keep in mind that you will need to remove the entire airbox as this will move the air filter into the front panel. Otherwise it only sucks in hot engine air. It sounds like the air intake is cold as for the difference in fuel economy which I can't comment on, can't keep my foot on the ground.
