Herm Sprenger was actually recommended to me when I called Amazon about another product issue (which was amazingly resolved). An Amazon employee noticed on my account that I have dogs. We just started chatting and she trains dogs for the army. I mentioned my lab. I don't date my lab because of learning disabilities and cravings. I've tried all sorts of products and nothing has helped. She told me about the Herm Sprenger product and told me that it was the only brand that could be used and that they did not harm the dog.
