I've used up all available USB ports on my Asus X570 Strix (3950X users here). Overall, this PCIe card was the best value for money. For my needs I have 3 extra regular USB ports and a stash of 2 more USB C ports. Chances are that any new phones and gadgets I buy in the next year or so will be upgraded to a faster standard, so there's no harm in getting some more and this expansion card is for you. Installation is simple: - Turn off the computer - Open the computer and the free slot (e.g. remove the slot cover if there is one) - Insert the card into the slot - Use the same screw from the screen and fasten the Map. Plug in the power cord. Boot the machine to make sure everything works (Windows 10 users here. Just found out from the gate). Close the case/computer when everything has been checked. dream and don't have to switch it on and off all the time.
