Colorful toy: Baby Care

This colorful toy clicks as the center halves rotate. It looks like it can be difficult to clean if submerged in water. One should have a hole for the water to come out while the other shouldn't. It looks like a fun toy and kids will love it. It also stutters a bit. I didn't care about the packaging as it certainly wasn't a worthy gift. In general, I think this is a normal toy.
