Feels like heavy material. Much better than the plastic ones.

I bought these because of the description of Heavy Brass material so it would be much better than the plastic ones I was getting at the discount stores. 1) shipping was great and fast. 2) Like other reviewers said, you will absolutely need a pair of plyers to turn the shut off arm to start. extremely tight. 3) Many people should think about getting ones with LONGER Arms that would be easier to turn or adjust going forward.

Pros

These work perfectly and shut off completely with no leaks. They seem to be quite durable.

It is a little stiff, but so far I have been able to use my fingers. When I have to use pliers I will throw them away. I am hoping as time goes on they get easier to move, and still seal. But if faced with drips or stiff, I prefer stiff.
