Review on RICHEN by Jason Holt

Having tried RICHEN items, I can tell that I was unsatisfied with their quality. Even if they have a wide variety of portable electronic devices and accessories like mouse pads and wrist rests, it appears that the quality of their products declines over time. I bought a laptop and a mouse pad from RICHEN, and they both broke down after only a few months of use. I had to replace the laptop within a year of buying it since the battery life was so poor. In addition, I was having trouble keeping my mouse in place since the mouse pad had become slippery. RICHEN's support staff let me down as well. They were unresponsive and unhelpful when I contacted them about these difficulties. As a whole, I don't think RICHEN makes good stuff. Although they have a wide variety to choose from, the quality is subpar.
