COMPLETELY REJECT ICE BOTTLES WITH PLASTIC CAPS
I have owned the previous version of this bottle opener for over 20 years. It was amazing, best bottle capper I have ever used. It eventually died so I replaced it with this new version. It works great with a real cork but not 100% with cooler bottles with synthetic corks. I just had to use a more traditional opener. With over half the wine we drink using a synthetic cork, and for a bottle opener that costs just over $105, this is just a SHOW STOPPER for me.
