Review on Bessey Tools Mitered Corners at a 90-Degree Angle by Cameron Chandra

No idea why this gets such good reviews - Pros - it's sturdy, makes a 90° angle Cons - Tension clamps are a great idea but my workbench is too thick for them to use, so useless to me. Since I can't clamp everything together, it's very difficult to align the pieces tightly as both sides are tightened at the same time. Also, the base is very thick, nearly 1 1/4 inches, making it difficult to add a connector or support block to the other ends to connect the pieces in parallel without making a special cut to do so - a 3/4 inch deep Base. 4" plywood or even a 2x4 width would be fine. Finally, this supplier does NOT offer free returns, so if you order these you'll probably just keep them as shipping such a heavy item is expensive.
