So the overall look of this sink is charming, the size is perfect. The sink itself is a sink, it is heavy and well made. Faceted and perforated waterlines are included. After reading the reviews I took a chance as some of the reviews were old. The sink was well packaged and told to open it immediately and check for damage. They seem to have made an effort to ensure their product arrives in good condition, which is why they get an A+ for that. The cabinet itself is made from cheap pressed wood. Its presentation looks better than real quality, but overall it does what it's supposed to, which is why I gave the case a 2. My only problem is draining. The drain comes with the thinnest of gaskets, there are no clear instructions on how to assemble the drain and prevent it from leaking. I watched videos on You Tube and various tutorials. I ended up going to the local plumbing store to buy a whole new sink, but the sink was designed so the "standard" overflow sink didn't work. So the next suggestion I was given was to find a device that better suited the stock. I thought it worked but after using the sink for a while I still had a small drip. And again it came out of the thread in the middle of the drainpipe. The way it was placed made sealing the block difficult. So bottom line/fix = I had to use silicone on top of the pipe threads before attaching the gasket. Then I applied some more silicone to the underside to ensure a tight fit. I let it dry for 4 hours before running water and checking for leaks. Finally it worked! Otherwise everything went smoothly, plumbing and other things are fine. The reason for losing the top star rating was the disappointment with the drain in the sink.
