We use conductric for our salesforce automation tool called "Mobi". It is user friendly platform which helps us in automating almost every task we carry out day by day as Salesperson or SME's from Account Management to Service Desk etc., The best thing about mobi it gives you features of CRON JOBS so your work can be done automatically at times decided upon yourself without interfering with system resources/time taken up by main application itself! There are some few minor issues but nothing too serious if resolved then its great product otherwise i have no complaints regarding this software!! I would strongly recommend anyone who wants more productivity through effective time management to give them try now. Automation process has been made easy using Mobi (SalesForce automation) where one gets all required details like contact list / appointment reminders / tasks & quotes generated accordingly while working offline also!!
