Square and strong, but the threads on one of the hooks came undone.
The main problem is whether the clamps are square. I checked if they are. The quality of all parts makes a solid impression. However, the thread on one of the tension hooks was torn off, so I couldn't unscrew the knobs. I spent about 30 minutes registering themes to get it working properly. Therefore, the quality control for this product can be questionable.
